This is great, since I hate washing dishes by hand. There are only a couple of pieces of the Breville Sous Chef Peel & Dice processor that CAN’T go in the dishwasher. There’s a timer and pulse option, which is great if you don’t want to just run the Breville Sous Chef to infinity and beyond.
